Revision is a leading property management company specializing in residential new-build properties. Our mission is to provide exceptional service to our tenants and ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Lettings Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of new-build residential properties. The successful candidate will ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards, tenancies run smoothly, and tenants receive exceptional service.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage tenant onboarding processes, including drafting tenancy agreements and arranging check-ins.
  • Organize and oversee regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
  • Oversee the renewal and termination of tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Stay up to date with lettings legislation, ensuring properties and tenancies meet all legal requirements.
  • Ensure all properties have valid safety certifications, including gas, electrical, and fire safety checks.
  • Prepare and provide detailed reports on property performance and management activities.
