We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to oversee the hotel's overnight operations and ensure that our guests have a safe and comfortable stay. As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for managing the night staff, dealing with any guest requests or issues that may arise, and ensuring that all hotel operations are running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the night staff and ensuring that they are performing their duties to a high standard.
- Ensuring that all hotel operations are running smoothly during the overnight shift, including front desk operations, security, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Dealing with any guest requests or issues that may arise during the night shift, and ensuring that all guests receive excellent customer service.
- Handling any emergency situations that may arise, and contacting the appropriate authorities if necessary.
- Completing the nightly audit and preparing reports for senior management.
- Ensuring that all safety and security procedures are followed during the overnight shift.
- Managing the overnight budget and ensuring that all expenses are recorded and accounted for.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
- Providing training and guidance to night staff to ensure that they are performing their duties to a high standard.
