The Opportunity
We’re looking for a calm, capable Night Supervisor to lead our overnight team and ensure the hotel runs smoothly, safely, and professionally throughout the night.
This role suits someone who is dependable, confident, and reassuring—able to support guests, lead colleagues, and maintain structure during overnight operations.
Using Human Givens principles, the focus is on providing security, order, and clear leadership when guests and teams need it most.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the night team, ensuring duties are carried out to a high standard
- Ensure all security and safety procedures are followed throughout the night shift
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints calmly and professionally
- Carry out regular security checks across the hotel
- Provide general operational support to hotel departments overnight
- Assist with light housekeeping or maintenance tasks when required
- Set up meeting rooms and public areas as needed
- Serve food and beverages to guests during the night shift
- Check guests in and out of the hotel when required
- Act as first response to incidents or emergencies, following hotel procedures
- Complete overnight reports and handover information for senior management
