We are open to considering candidates on either a permanent or contract basis.

Are you an experienced Site Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering outstanding projects?

We're looking for a hands-on, organised, and proactive Site Manager to oversee refurbishment, renovation, rebranding, and hotel opening projects across our growing portfolio. You'll be the driving force on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, while minimising disruption to guests and hotel operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming hotels and creating memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day site operations across hotel refurbishment and construction projects.
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and specialist trades to ensure work is delivered safely and on schedule.
  • Monitor quality, progress, and compliance across all phases of the project.
  • Support hotel openings, re-openings, and brand conversion projects.
  • Work closely with hotel leadership teams to minimise operational disruption.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections, manage snagging, and oversee project handovers.
  • Report on project progress, risks, and milestones to the Project Manager and key stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven Site Management experience within hospitality, construction, refurbishment, fit-out, or property environments.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and site-based project delivery.
  • Experience managing contractors and multiple trades on live sites.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and site compliance requirements.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and maintain momentum in a fast-moving environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Desirable

  • Experience working within hotels or other customer-facing environments.
  • Knowledge of hotel refurbishments, openings, or brand conversion projects.
  • Understanding of CDM regulations and construction best practice.
