Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Sage: Offer precise and timely legal advice to our leadership and management, addressing a wide array of business challenges.
- Master of Contracts: Craft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements that align with our business goals and legal standards.
- Deal Maker: Lead the charge on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings, conducting due diligence and negotiating terms that drive our success.

Ideal Candidate
- UK – qualified solicitor
- In-House Legal Experience: 3-5 yearsPQE, preferably gained in an in-house legal department or at a law firm.
- Extensive experience in real estate law, including commercial and residential properties.
- A proven track record in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Deep knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
