Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Sage: Offer precise and timely legal advice to our leadership and management, addressing a wide array of business challenges.
  • Master of Contracts: Craft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements that align with our business goals and legal standards.
  • Deal Maker: Lead the charge on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings, conducting due diligence and negotiating terms that drive our success.
  • Compliance Champion: Ensure we adhere to all laws, regulations, and industry standards, upholding the highest levels of corporate governance.
  • Dispute Resolver: Manage legal disputes with finesse, overseeing litigation and arbitration, and collaborating with external counsel to find optimal solutions.

Ideal Candidate

  • UK – qualified solicitor
  • In-House Legal Experience: 3-5 yearsPQE, preferably gained in an in-house legal department or at a law firm.
  • Extensive experience in real estate law, including commercial and residential properties.
  • A proven track record in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Deep knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
