As our business grows, so does our legal team. We’re looking for a Legal Counsel with 2–5 years’ experience in real estate and commercial contracts—bonus points if you’ve worked in hospitality. This is your chance to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work directly with our General Counsel.

What You’ll Do
Real Estate:
- Negotiate leases, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management matters.
- Support development projects—planning, title restrictions, insurance compliance.
- Advise on lease terms and commercial implications.
Commercial Contracts:
- Draft and review agreements with suppliers, consultants, and partners.
- Resolve contractual issues and mitigate business risks.
- Provide proactive legal support across the business.
Corporate Governance:
- Coordinate board meetings and prepare board packs.
- Manage filings, registrations, and compliance for UK and overseas entities.
- Maintain accurate statutory records and support transactional processes.
Experience & Skills:
- UK-qualified lawyer with 2–5 years PQE, gained in-house or in private practice.
- Solid foundation in real estate and commercial contracts, with interest or experience in corporate governance desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and record-keeping.
- Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to support a broad range of in-house legal matters.
- Sound problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to legal and business challenges.
