LGH Hotels Management Ltd

Job Description

Join a team where hospitality meets innovation.

LGH Hotels Management (“LGHHM”), part of the dynamic Vivion Group, is more than a multi-award-winning hospitality company—we’re a team passionate about creating exceptional experiences across our portfolio of hotels. Backed by institutional and private investors, Vivion Group is a leading real estate investment firm with a high-quality portfolio of office and hotel assets in Germany and the UK.

As our business grows, so does our legal team. We’re looking for a Legal Counsel with 2–5 years’ experience in real estate and commercial contracts—bonus points if you’ve worked in hospitality. This is your chance to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work directly with our General Counsel.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Variety & Impact: From real estate deals to commercial contracts and governance, you’ll be at the heart of our operations.
  • Growth & Development: Work closely with senior leaders and gain exposure to diverse legal challenges.
  • Flexibility: Hybrid working (three days in the office) and part-time options available.

What You’ll Do

Real Estate:

  • Negotiate leases, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management matters.
  • Support development projects—planning, title restrictions, insurance compliance.
  • Advise on lease terms and commercial implications.

Commercial Contracts:

  • Draft and review agreements with suppliers, consultants, and partners.
  • Resolve contractual issues and mitigate business risks.
  • Provide proactive legal support across the business.

Corporate Governance:

  • Coordinate board meetings and prepare board packs.
  • Manage filings, registrations, and compliance for UK and overseas entities.
  • Maintain accurate statutory records and support transactional processes.

Experience & Skills:

  • UK-qualified lawyer with 2–5 years PQE, gained in-house or in private practice.
  • Solid foundation in real estate and commercial contracts, with interest or experience in corporate governance desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and record-keeping.
  • Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to support a broad range of in-house legal matters.
  • Sound problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to legal and business challenges.
