We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll support seven hotels across the North West, Derby, and the Midlands, helping to create a great employee experience from day one.
As a HR Advisor, you’ll work closely with hotel leaders, learning how to handle employee relations and performance management. You’ll get involved in recruitment, helping us find and welcome new talent. You’ll also help with updating and sharing HR policies and procedures, making sure everyone is in the loop.
What we’re looking for:
- Great communication skills—you’re a good listener and can explain things clearly.
- A basic understanding of HR best practices and current regulations (we’ll help you learn more!).
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- CIPD Level 5 or above would be a bonus, but not essential.
- Good judgement and a positive approach to problem-solving.
- Some knowledge of the hiring process.
- Able to stay calm and professional, even when things get busy or challenging.
