Overview

LGH Hotels Management Ltd is seeking a motivated HR Advisor to support seven hotels across the North West, Derby, and the Midlands. You will work with hotel leaders on employee relations and performance management, assist with recruitment, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure staff are informed from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Support seven hotels across the North West, Derby, and the Midlands with employee relations and performance management.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new talent.
  • Update and share HR policies and procedures, ensuring all colleagues are informed and compliant.

Qualifications

  • Great communication skills; you are a good listener and can explain things clearly.
  • A basic understanding of HR best practices and current regulations; willingness to learn more.
  • CIPD Level 5 or above would be a bonus, but not essential.
  • Good judgement and a positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Some knowledge of the hiring process.
  • Able to stay calm and professional, even when things get busy or challenging.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and always act with integrity.
