Is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and takes pride in delivering clean and well-maintained guest rooms and public areas

Possesses excellent time management skills and is able to prioritise tasks effectively to ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard within the allocated time frame

Has good communication skills and is able to work effectively with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel
