  • Attention to Detail: Adhere to our high cleaning standards and presentation guidelines for all room categories. Promptly report any damages or breakages to keep everything in top-notch condition.
  • Organize with Ease: Return all equipment to their designated storerooms at the end of each day, keeping your work areas tidy and efficient.

Ideal Candidate

  • Has previous experience in a similar role and understands the importance of attention to detail in housekeeping.
  • Is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and takes pride in delivering clean and well-maintained guest rooms and public areas.
  • Is a team player who is reliable, punctual and able to work collaboratively with others.
  • Possesses excellent time management skills and can prioritize tasks to clean to a high standard within the allocated time.
  • Is physically fit and able to manage the demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has good communication skills and can work effectively with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Is familiar with health and safety regulations and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Has a good eye for detail and can spot areas that require extra attention, such as stains or damaged items.

The Holiday Inn Bristol-Filton is located just off Junction 1 of the M32, close to the University of the West of England Bristol (UWE) and MOD Abbeywood. The hotel offers dining options, a bar and lounge, and a Health and Fitness Club with a gym, swimming pool, and sauna. The Academy Conference Centre hosts up to 260 delegates, and the hotel sits on 16 acres of landscaped grounds with a private fishing lake.
