About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across our portfolio of hotels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure every campaign delivers measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with Vision: Deliver targeted, creative marketing activities aligned with LGH’s annual sales goals.
- Plan & Execute: Develop and implement an annual marketing plan featuring quarterly B2B and B2C campaigns.
- Own the Campaigns: Project manage each campaign from concept to ROI analysis, working with key stakeholders and partners.
- Collaborate Daily: Act as the main liaison with LGH marketing partners – from creative design to digital platforms.
- Drive Engagement: Produce newsletters, manage social media (including LinkedIn updates), and maximise PR opportunities.
- Champion Data: Grow and manage GDPR-compliant databases and CRM systems.
- Budget & Reporting: Work with the Group Sales Director to manage marketing spend and track ROI.
- Content & Assets: Oversee photography, virtual tours, and maintain the LGH Marketing OneDrive library.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in marketing campaign management, ideally within hospitality or a similar sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
