The Opportunity
As a General Attendant, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes expert who keeps our hotel running smoothly. From refreshing public spaces to assisting with deliveries and guest requests, you’ll be a vital part of the rhythm that makes our hotel exceptional.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation in public areas, back-of-house spaces, and service corridors.
- Assist with linen distribution, stock replenishment, and supply deliveries.
- Support room attendants with tasks such as waste removal and equipment setup.
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
- Ensure all areas meet brand standards for safety, hygiene, and appearance.
