Opportunity

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As an integral member of our Food & Beverage department, you will contribute to the ongoing success of our hotel and play a vital role in providing exceptional experiences for our guests.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant and bar areas are prepared for service to the highest standard, maintaining exceptional presentation at all times. You will act as an ambassador for our hotel, providing outstanding customer service and upholding our brand reputation.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will assist in driving revenue growth by supporting the team and deputising in their absence. With a focus on exceptional food experiences, you will be dedicated to delivering a memorable and personalised service to all guests.

Our hotel, the Holiday Inn Edinburgh, is ideally located midway between Edinburgh Airport and the city centre, making it a perfect base to explore all the attractions and sights that Edinburgh has to offer. Our Academy Conference Centre offers 14 meeting rooms, located on the 5th floor of the hotel with panoramic views of the Pentland Hills, accommodating up to 120 guests.

The hotel boasts 303 bedrooms, including Executive and Family rooms. Dining options include the excellent Traders Restaurant, a café, and a relaxing bar. We also offer a fully equipped gymnasium, swimming pool, sauna, and spa to help you relax and unwind.
