Duty Manager The Opportunity Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in managing a building that hosts key stakeholders and multi-agencies? We\’re looking for a dedicated Duty Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You\’ll Do: Oversee Operations: Manage cleaning, maintenance, security, and catering (where applicable), ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met.
Ensure Safety: Conduct fire and security walk rounds, promptly addressing and logging any issues.
Be the Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders and multi-agencies, maintaining clear and regular communication via email, mail, and telephone.
Health & Safety: Perform general health and safety duties, including risk assessments and compliance with statutory and non-statutory site requirements.
Security Awareness: Maintain a high level of security awareness and knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures.
