The Opportunity

Providing great hospitality is at the heart of all our hotels, it is everything that we do, and our hospitality managers always deliver. The food and beverage operation is a vital component of our hotels and contributes to the overall hotel commercial plan. You will have full management responsibility for the restaurants, bar, in-room dining, conference & banqueting, and special events. This is a hands‑on role; your focus will be on leading your team to deliver exceptional guest hospitality experiences, managing the F&B budget, rotas, stock control, and sales. It should be natural for you to lead and give direction to a team of food & beverage experts who are passionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a people person, you will thrive in taking ownership of their ongoing development.
