Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy helping people feel welcome and at ease? We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in shaping how they feel from the moment they arrive. Through a warm welcome, a smooth check‑in process and attentive support throughout their stay, you will help create positive, memorable guest experiences. You will confidently handle guest enquiries, manage reservations and incoming calls, and share helpful information about the hotel and local area. Your calm approach, attention to detail and positive attitude will help guests feel looked after and reassured, even in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and friendly check‑in and check‑out experience
