Your Role

As a Night Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of the hotel during the twilight hours.

From late check-ins to early departures, you’ll ensure every guest feels safe, seen, and supported—no matter the hour.

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight requests.
  • Monitor the lobby and front-of-house areas, ensuring calm and security.
  • Handle night audit procedures and prepare reports for the morning team.
  • Respond to guest queries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Liaise with housekeeping, security, and early-morning teams to ensure seamless transitions.
