As Night Security Officer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our guests, team members, and property throughout the night. You’ll patrol the premises, monitor surveillance systems, and respond swiftly and professionally to any incidents or emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of all hotel areas including guest floors, back-of-house, and external perimeters
- Monitor CCTV, fire alarms, and access control systems
- Respond to guest concerns, disturbances, or emergencies with discretion and professionalism
- Complete detailed incident reports and nightly security logs
- Ensure all doors, exits, and restricted areas are secure
- Support the night team with guest assistance and room access when required
- Follow all hotel safety and emergency procedures, including bomb threat and evacuation protocols

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a security role, ideally within hospitality or a customer‑facing environment
- Valid SIA licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

- A professional, courteous manner and a strong sense of responsibility
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
