Your Role
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm welcome to our global clientele, ensuring a seamless transition from arrival to table with a focus on bespoke service.
- Strategic Table Management: Utilise reservation platforms such as OpenTable, The Fork and DesignMyNight to create seating plans, balancing high-profile residents, VIPs, and walk-ins to maximise covers and revenue.
- Operational Synergy: Act as the central communication hub between the F&B management, culinary team, and concierge to ensure dietary requirements and special occasions are executed flawlessly.
- Anticipatory Service: Recognise and remember regular guests' preferences, proactively managing inquiries and resolving any guest concerns with grace and discretion.
- Atmosphere Curation: Maintain the aesthetic integrity of the outlet, ensuring the reception area and dining room meet the hotel’s stringent brand standards and grooming guidelines.
