The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Chef to join our small, dedicated team. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-volume, quality catering.

• Schedule: 4 days per week, with a guaranteed minimum of one weekend off per month
• Shift Patterns: Typically between 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM or 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Service Volume: Prepare and cook for up to 180 guests per lunch and dinner service
• Team Structure: You’ll be the sole chef on duty, supported by a kitchen porter

Ideal Candidate

• Previous chef experience is essential – please note we are unable to consider applicants without relevant experience
• Proven ability to manage large-scale food preparation independently
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and team spirit
