We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leisure Club Supervisor to join our team. As a Leisure Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the leisure club, ensuring that our guests receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, managing staff schedules, maintaining club quality, and ensuring all equipment and facilities are in good working order and tidy.
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff, motivating and engaging them in their roles.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, addressing guests’ concerns or complaints.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new members.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to keep all members informed of club policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, safeguarding the wellbeing of guests and staff.
  • Assist with recruitment and training of new staff members.
  • Provide support with cleaning as required.
  • Provide reports to the Leisure Club Manager on club performance and guest feedback.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in a leisure club or similar environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Good understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Team-player attitude.
  • Flexible and adaptable, willing to work evenings and weekends if required.
