The Opportunity

In this role, you will support food preparation and basic cooking under the guidance of our experienced Chef de Parties. You will rotate through key kitchen sections — including sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery — giving you the opportunity to build a strong foundation while learning a wide range of skills. Our menu brings together modern British and European cuisine, alongside comforting, feel-good dishes and healthy options. You will be encouraged to learn, ask questions and gradually showcase your developing skills, knowing that you are supported by a team that wants you to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation and basic cooking across different kitchen sections
  • Learn and rotate through sections such as sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery
