The food and beverage operation is a vital component of our hotels and contributes to the overall hotel commercial plan. As our Food and Beverage Manager, you will have full management responsibility for the restaurants, bar, in‑room dining, conference & banqueting, and special events. This is a hands‑on role, with a focus on leading your team to deliver exceptional guest hospitality experiences, managing the F&B budget, rotas, stock control, and sales.

It should be natural for you to lead and give direction to a team of food & beverage experts who are passionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Being a people person, you will thrive in taking ownership of their ongoing development.
