As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest bedrooms and public areas to company standards within allocated timeframes
  • Follow agreed cleaning and presentation standards for all room categories
  • Report any damages, maintenance issues or breakages promptly to ensure repairs can be carried out
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in linen rooms, cupboards and working areas
  • Return all cleaning equipment to designated storerooms at the end of each shift
  • Work safely and responsibly, following hygiene and health & safety guidelines
  • Contribute positively to the team by working cooperatively and reliably
