Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant
  • Leading shifts and ensuring service flows seamlessly, even in busy periods
  • Coaching, motivating, and developing the team to deliver warm, consistent, high-quality service
  • Creating an environment where people feel respected, included, and able to perform at their best
  • Taking ownership of the guest journey — noticing details and resolving issues with confidence
  • Supporting with rotas, training, stock control, and operational standards
  • Stepping up in the Restaurant Manager’s absence to lead the team with clarity and confidence
