We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team and play an essential role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly, safely and efficiently. This role is at the heart of the kitchen operation. By maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation, and supporting the chefs with preparation and set‑up, you will help create a calm, efficient environment where the whole team can perform at their best. Your work behind the scenes will directly support food quality, hygiene and service flow, helping to ensure guests enjoy a positive dining experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and clean dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment thoroughly and efficiently
  • Keep all kitchen areas clean, tidy and organised throughout the shift
  • Sweep and mop floors and manage waste and recycling responsibly
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling and chopping vegetables
  • Receive, check and store deliveries of food and kitchen supplies correctly
