We’re looking for a confident and capable Night Manager to take the reins after dark, ensuring our guests experience seamless luxury and our operations run like clockwork. As Night Manager, you’ll be the senior leader on duty overnight, responsible for the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of every guest. You’ll lead the night team with calm authority, resolve issues with grace, and ensure the hotel is ready to shine come sunrise.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, acting as the senior decision-maker on site.
  • Support and supervise the front office, housekeeping, and security teams.
  • Handle late check-ins, early departures, and guest requests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage incidents, emergencies, and escalations with confidence and care.
  • Complete night audit procedures and prepare handover reports for the day team.
