We are offering a truly flexible position for a proactive and dependable individual who enjoys being the first point of contact and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. You will play a key role in supporting facilities services across the property, ensuring they are delivered in an effective and efficient way.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for key stakeholders and external multi-agency partners, providing reassurance, coordination and practical support to keep the site safe and well-maintained.
  • Respond promptly to requests for cleaning, logging and following up appropriately.
  • Apply strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
  • Maintain a visible, reliable presence on site, offering reassurance and support when issues arise.
  • Help maintain a safe, organised and well-functioning environment for everyone using the building.
  • Serve meals as part of the food and beverage team.
  • Enjoy variety and flexibility, responding to changing priorities.
  • Pride in helping others feel safe, supported and informed.
  • Act as a calm, approachable and confident first point of contact.
  • Show strong awareness of security and health & safety responsibilities.
  • Solve practical problems and respond quickly when support is needed.

Work 16 hours over 3 days per week. Hotel operates 24/7; must be available evenings and weekends as well as mornings.
