Overview
At our 5-star lifestyle hotel, the bar is where stories begin—and behind every great bartender is a brilliant Bar Back. We’re looking for a fast-moving, detail-loving team player to keep our bar running like clockwork and our guests coming back for more. Your role as a Bar Back is to be the silent force behind the sparkle—restocking, resetting, and supporting the bar team so they can focus on delivering unforgettable service. You’ll keep the rhythm flowing and the energy high.
Responsibilities
- Keep the bar fully stocked with glassware, garnishes, ice, and supplies.
- Support bartenders during busy service with prep and clean-up.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar at all times.
- Assist with deliveries, inventory, and waste management.
- Be a friendly, helpful presence for both team and guests.
Qualifications
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Great attention to detail and a sense of pride in presentation.
- The ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality or bar support (preferred but not essential).
