As a Security Officer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our guests, team members, and property. You’ll patrol the premises and respond swiftly and professionally to any incidents or emergencies — all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of guest areas, back‑of‑house, and external perimeters
  • Monitor fire alarms, and access control systems
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies with discretion and professionalism
  • Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
  • Support front‑of‑house and night teams with guest assistance and room access
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel safety and emergency procedures

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a security role, ideally within hospitality or a customer-facing environment
  • Valid SIA licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
