Overview
Are you a reliable and responsible individual ready to ensure the safety and security of our hotel and its guests during the overnight shift? We’re looking for a dedicated Night Receptionist to join our team for 32 hours per week!
Responsibilities
- Welcome Night Owls: Check guests in and out during overnight hours, providing a warm and professional service.
- Ensure Safety: Monitor the hotel and its surroundings for potential security issues, keeping our guests safe.
- Respond with Care: Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Support Housekeeping: Assist with housekeeping duties as needed, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
- Early Morning Prep: Set up breakfast and/or coffee service for early morning guests, starting their day off right.
- Handle Admin Tasks: Complete various administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping, ensuring smooth operations.
