What You'll Do:
- Lead the Night Team: Manage the night staff, ensuring they perform their duties to the highest standard.
- Smooth Operations: Oversee all hotel operations during the overnight shift, including front desk, security, housekeeping, and maintenance.

- Nightly Audit: Complete the nightly audit and prepare reports for senior management.

Previous experience working in a hotel or similar environment, preferably in a night management role. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A good understanding of safety and security procedures. The ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
