Food & Beverage Manager - Bloomsbury Food & Beverage Manager Imperial London Hotels Group based at Holiday Inn Bloomsbury Hotel 40 hours (5 Days out of 7 Days weekly rota) We are part of the Imperial London Family of Hotels, a family-run company with over 185 years of history. We are now recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager at our Holiday Inn Bloomsbury Hotel . Our newly acquired and refurbished IHG Brand, Holiday Inn Bloomsbury Hotel with 317 rooms. It's a lively place to be, offering a Starbucks ground floor coffee bar, Media Lounge & co-working space area and the Stylish Artful Critic Bar ,13 Meeting Rooms and 1 Ballroom. As a Food & Beverage Manager a heavy operational presence is key, keeping a calm approach when under pressure, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction is the highest priority. You will oversee the food & beverage operations across our outlets, You will manage your F&B team, maintaining safety standards, managing stocks, financial reporting and creating authentic London experiences and memorable stays to all our guests. Oversee F&B service of meeting and events within M&E space and maintain responsibility for food and beverage in these spaces, that all functions run smoothly, and customer requirements are met. Take responsibility for stock ordering and inventory for each outlet, ensure that all equipment and materials are ready for service. Responsible for recruiting, onboarding all F&B team members and inspiring them to deliver the best customer service at every opportunity, preparing schedules so that there is adequate staffing levels to run each shift. Previous experience gained as Restaurant Manager or Food & Beverage Manager in the hotel industry in a 4star Deluxe Standard.
