What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Day-to-Day Maintenance Support
    • Carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel, including basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
    • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, resolving issues efficiently and calmly.
  • Preventative Care & Attention to Detail
    • Assist with routine inspections of hotel facilities and equipment, spotting issues early and helping prevent disruption.
    • Support the delivery of preventative maintenance programmes that keep everything working as it should.
  • Safety, Care & Standards
    • Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety guidelines and procedures.
    • Take pride in maintaining clean, tidy, and safe working areas at all times.
  • Teamwork & Communication
    • Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and wider hotel team, supporting tasks and projects as required.
    • Assist with coordinating contractors and suppliers, helping ensure work is completed to a good standard and within agreed timescales.
  • Records & Responsibility
    • Keep accurate records of work completed, parts used, and any relevant costs.
    • Communicate clearly about issues identified, actions taken, and follow-up required.
