Working in partnership with the general manager, head of hotel sales and our wider commercial functions you will ensure the achievement of the total hotel sales budget for each hotel within your region. You will define the hotels commercial strategy, lead and manage each hotels commercial plan, developing sales culture across all hotel departments, engaging with all relevant stakeholders in this leadership role.
You will proactively drive new business opportunity and work with LGH and brand CRO to achieve conversion targets, ensuring we maximise revenue across all market segments. You will identify, target and develop all local and national accounts for B2B, and groups utilising local and brand campaigns to raise the hotel profile and increase.
