In this role, you will support food preparation and basic cooking under the guidance of our experienced Chef de Parties. You will rotate through key kitchen sections - including sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery - giving you the opportunity to build a strong foundation while learning a wide range of skills. Our menu brings together modern British and European cuisine, alongside comforting, feel good dishes and healthy options. You will be encouraged to learn, ask questions and gradually showcase your developing skills, knowing that you are supported by a team that wants you to succeed.
