You will confidently handle guest enquiries, manage reservations and incoming calls, and share helpful information about the hotel and local area. Your calm approach, attention to detail and positive attitude will help guests feel looked after and reassured, even in a fast paced environment. This is a role where human connection really matters - making guests feel comfortable, informed and valued at every interaction.
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and friendly check in and check out experience
- Support guests throughout their stay by responding to queries and requests with care and efficiency
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails and reservations accurately and confidently
- Provide clear information about the hotel, its facilities and the local area
- Use the hotel reservation system accurately, maintaining up to date guest information
- Work closely with colleagues across the hotel to support a seamless guest experience
