We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in shaping how they feel from the moment they arrive.
Through a warm welcome, a smooth check in process and attentive support throughout their stay, you will help create positive, memorable guest experiences.
You will confidently handle guest enquiries, manage reservations and incoming calls, and share helpful information about the hotel and local area.

- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and friendly check in and check out experience
