We're seeking a dynamic and results driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales activity and play a central role in the hotel's commercial success. This role is about more than hitting targets - it's about creating clarity, direction and momentum. You'll inspire the sales team, build trusted relationships with key clients and partners, and develop smart, market responsive strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth across corporate, group and agency business.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Developing and delivering clear, effective sales strategies aligned to the hotel's overall commercial goals
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and key external stakeholders
- Proactively generating new business leads and identifying opportunities to grow market share
- Leading, coaching and motivating the sales team to build confidence, capability and consistent results
- Ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded, while maintaining a positive, focused team environment
- Working closely with Revenue Management to align pricing strategies and maximise commercial performance
- Monitoring sales performance and preparing regular reports on activity, trends and results
- Representing the hotel at trade shows, networking events and industry forums
- Ensuring all activity is compliant with legal, regulatory and company requirements
