We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at the hotel. This role is an important part of the kitchen's success, combining technical skill, consistency and teamwork to deliver high quality food and a smooth service. As a Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard. Your calm, organised approach and pride in your work will help maintain quality, even during busy periods, supporting both the guest experience and the wider kitchen team. You will work closely with colleagues, supporting junior team members through guidance and example, while helping to maintain a clean, safe and well structured kitchen environment where everyone can perform at their best.

- Prepare and cook high quality dishes efficiently and consistently within your section
