As a Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard. You will work closely with colleagues, supporting junior team members through guidance and example, while helping to maintain a clean, safe and well structured kitchen environment where everyone can perform at their best.
