A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOM ATTENDANT AT THE HOLIDAY INN BLACKPOOL What you'll be doing Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to.

Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest-ready.

Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting.

Replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need.

Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape.

Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.

Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.

Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.
