SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Design Specialist to strengthen our brand and support marketing efforts. This role involves marketing administration, coordination, and creating high-quality visual assets to ensure consistent and professional communications across all channels, directly contributing to our growth and market reach.
OVERVIEW OF ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation: Design and update professional sales brochures, technical datasheets, and product guides. Create engaging social media visuals (graphics, images, short animations) for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Develop digital assets for email marketing, website banners, blog headers, and online advertisements. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines across all visual materials. Efficiently utilize and adapt existing design templates, alongside independently conceptualizing and executing original design elements for new campaigns and specific storytelling needs. Manage image sourcing and editing, and prepare final design files for print.
- Marketing Administration & Coordination: Provide comprehensive administrative support for marketing activities, including content management, social media scheduling, and email campaign support. Perform routine website visual updates using our CMS. Support marketing events, webinars, and trade shows with administrative and logistical assistance. Liaise with external vendors (printers, photographers, agencies) as needed. Offer general marketing administrative support to the team as required.
- Collaboration & Project Management: Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams across the UK, DACH and Benelux to ensure visuals and initiatives effectively support campaign goals and brand messaging. Manage design and marketing projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- 2+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a marketing or B2B environment.
- Proven Graphic Design Skills: A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials across print and digital.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential. Familiarity with other tools like Canva, Figma, or video editing software is a plus.
- Marketing Acumen: Solid understanding of core marketing principles, digital marketing channels (social media, email, web), and brand management.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for design consistency, grammar, spelling, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate design concepts, write engaging copy, and interact effectively with colleagues and external partners.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take initiative, and contribute new ideas.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving marketing strategies and design trends.

Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 9am – 5pm
