As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through the identification and development of new business opportunities. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence and achieving sales targets. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Proposal Development and Presentation: Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets, closely monitoring performance against goals. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective execution of business development strategies. Work closely with product development, marketing, and other internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software for effective customer management. International business development experience. Certification in business development or sales (e.g., Certified Business Development Professional - CBDP).
