Responsibilities

- Work across the entire hotel operation, stepping in wherever business needs you – Reception, Conference & Events, Restaurant and Bar, or Housekeeping.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as F&B, reception, meeting & events, housekeeping etc., ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Excellent level of numeracy and literacy skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organisation and planning skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately.
- Fully flexible with working hours/shifts.
- Possess a can-do attitude.
- Good understanding of the English language.
