The predicted salary is between 26509 - 28400 £ per year.

To be responsible for the building which hosts all key stakeholders including internal and external multi-agencies on a daily basis. Main duties include cleaning, maintenance, security, and catering (where applicable) ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are maintained.

Carrying out fire and security walk rounds, ensuring any issues are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner and logged as appropriate.

Act as point of contact for the key stakeholders and the multi-agencies ensuring lines of communication are maintained and regularly monitored - such as email, mail, and telephone.

General health and safety duties including risk assessments and other statutory and not statutory site requirements.

Facilities management experience would be desirable.

Motivate and lead a small team during the shift.
