We are seeking an experienced, confident and people focused Leisure Club Supervisor to support the day to day running of our leisure club. This role plays a key part in ensuring guests enjoy a safe, welcoming and well organised experience, while team members feel supported, motivated and clear in their roles.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing the day to day operations of the leisure club, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Managing staff schedules to ensure appropriate cover and a balanced team presence
- Supporting the upkeep of the club, ensuring facilities and equipment are safe, clean and in good working order
- Providing visible, supportive leadership to the leisure team, helping them feel motivated, confident and engaged
- Delivering excellent customer service and responding to guest queries or concerns in a calm, professional and solution focused way
- Supporting the development and delivery of marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain members
- Leading regular team briefings to share updates, reinforce standards and encourage open communication
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety procedures, protecting the wellbeing of guests and colleagues at all times
- Assisting with the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
- Providing regular feedback and reports to the Leisure Club Manager on performance, standards and guest experience
