We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team and play a key role in delivering consistently high quality food across the hotel. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help lead the kitchen team, bringing structure, calm and confidence to daily operations. You will support menu delivery, uphold quality and presentation standards, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, particularly in the Head Chef's absence.
