As a Hotel Maintenance Team Member, you'll play an important part in keeping our hotel safe, functional, and welcoming every day. What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Day-to-Day Maintenance Support
    Carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel, including basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, resolving issues efficiently and calmly.
  • Preventative Care & Attention to Detail
    Assist with routine inspections of hotel facilities and equipment, spotting issues early and helping prevent disruption. Support the delivery of preventative maintenance programmes that keep everything working as it should.
  • Safety, Care & Standards
    Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety guidelines and procedures. Take pride in maintaining clean, tidy, and safe working areas at all times.
  • Teamwork & Communication
    Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and wider hotel team, supporting tasks and projects as required. Assist with coordinating contractors and suppliers, helping ensure work is completed to a good standard and within agreed timescales.
  • Records & Responsibility
    Keep accurate records of work completed, parts used, and any relevant costs. Communicate clearly about issues identified, actions taken, and follow-up required.
