As the Head Chef of our hotel, you will lead a team of talented culinary professionals, and be responsible for their management, training, and development to ensure exceptional standards are achieved.
Our menu features a range of feel-good comfort foods, healthy options, and modern British and European cuisine. You will be pivotal in monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins and will implement and maintain strict food safety and health and safety protocols to ensure statutory compliance.
